The country's leading distributor of parts for classic trailers desired a presence in the West, so they purchased an old television studio and broadcasting facility in Santa Fe.

The building required extensive interior and exterior remodeling and restoration.  With the goal of maintaining the Western trading post feeling, while introducing a Mid-century road culture vibe, a new retail showroom, customer care call center, and warehouse and distribution facility was created.
